We prepare and ship all orders with care so your pieces arrive safely.

• Processing time: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends & UK holidays).

• UK delivery: Prints & small décor — 3–5 business days.
  Hand-crafted marble pieces — approx. 10–14 business days (shipped directly from our artisan partners).

• International delivery: Usually 10–21 business days. Import duties or taxes may apply.

• You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
