Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:

• Made-to-order or personalised pieces

• Artwork or prints that have been custom framed

• Sale or discounted items

How to return:
Email sofiya.burnusuz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. We’ll provide the return address. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is packaged safely.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping charges).

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
